Minimum order quantity:

First order and re-order minimum is 300EUR. You can choose Munio Candela product selection which matches your store’s offer.

Pricing:

MSRP: Munio Candela products purchased from us shall not be sold
at a lower retail price than set and listed in MSRP and
www.themunio.com . We do not authorize re-selling through online
marketplaces (ex. Amazon, Etsy, Ebay)

Wholesale pricing:

All prices are listed by Euros. Authorized retailers
will receive at least 55% off of the MSRP which varies by the product.

Payment terms: 

We process all our online sales through PayPal or Stripe. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation form us including the pricing and purchase details.

Shipping:

We will ship your order free of charge to your store in EU and the USA. The receiver is responsible for all other expenses, which may include customs clearance, import fees, and local taxes. Our current lead time is about 1 week and we ship all products from our studio in Riga. 
Larger orders may require longer lead time; please contact us for
information about availability.

Exclusivity:

We do not currently offer regional or other exclusivity at this time. We do
try to keep our stores within a reasonable distance from each other
taking into consideration the different demographics and products that
each store carries, however, we cannot make any guarantee regarding
any result or outcome of such attempts.

Products:

All Munio Candela products must be sold in their original packaging.
Main characteristics of candle burning:
- Pillar candles burn in a tunnel, usually leaving 0,5-2cm of wax on the sides
- Soy wax may crack due to fluctuations in temperature
- Herbs/flowers and natural fragrances in time may color the wax

Testers:

Product testers can be added in addition to your product order at half cost.
Limit is one tester per item ordered.

Damages / Defects / Errors:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. In case of
damaged/defected products or shipping errors, you must contact us within
5 business days of receiving the products. All damaged products will be
replaced or credited upon notice within 5 business days. Shipping errors
will be corrected within 5 business days of receiving notice of the error.
